Privacy and your choices

LiveMusicFans stores your email with Supabase to provide account access. Your saved shows, follows and email preferences are private to your account. Guest saves stay in your browser.

Location searches

Device location is requested only when you choose “Use my location.” Coordinates are rounded before searching and appear in your search link. Don’t share that link if you don’t want to share your approximate location. City searches use a local copy of U.S. Census place data. We do not save precise location to your account.

Submissions and suggestions

We store your submitted details and optional contact email privately for review. Accepted show details and public source links may appear on the site. A hashed network address helps prevent spam; it is not displayed publicly.

Email choices

Show notifications are optional and off by default. You can change your preference in Account or use the unsubscribe link in a notification. Account-confirmation and password-reset emails support account access.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores account and catalog data, and Resend provides email delivery when enabled. Standard service logs may include network addresses and requested URLs. Please do not include sensitive personal information in suggestions.

Photos and videos

Artist photos and video thumbnails may load from external websites, including YouTube. YouTube players load only when you choose Play and use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Playback connects to YouTube and is subject to its privacy policy. We do not host or download YouTube videos.
